Manage production related processes, supervision of shifts
supervisory staff .
Research and lead process improvement projects.
Duties:
* company and plant goals in all areas (financial, customer service,
innovation, learning) maintaining strong working relationships with
USDA.
* develop staff's effectiveness in daily operations as well as to
prepare them for future opportunities within the organization.
* Conduct weekly supervisor meetings to provide feedback
* Develop and implement goals and objectives and
budgets. Participate in special projects
* Investigate quality improvement methods
* Prepare and administer evaluations for employees.
* Participates in process improvement and problem
solving utilizing continuous improvement and rational
thinking methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean
Manufacturing, and participates in or supports the E & P
program. |
Inventory Manager:
Southern
Region/North America
Manager for South region/North America. Plans,
directs, controls, coordinates and evaluates all or most inventory
planning and control activities (i.e. master scheduling, stocking,
inventory planning/turnover, materials handling, and forecasting).
Manages inventory replenishment based on production schedules,
current inventory, customer orders and forecasts. Ensures accurate
and current inventory records. Coordinates, consults and makes
recommendations regarding inventory levels to improve service
levels, while simultaneously reducing inventory to the lowest
acceptable levels. Consults with division financial, purchasing,
engineering and operations personnel regarding business level
forecasts, inventory reserves, and other factors which may affect
inventory. Handles special projects, as assigned |

coordinate and supervise activities related to production. HACCP
and Sanitation knowledge (AIB, USDA etc) experience preferred. Mixing,

employees in the Plant. Interview, hire and train employees; planning,
assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and
disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
