Production Manager- night shift-Wisconsin
(position open due to promotions
in the plant)  This is a slaughter/process plant

Manage  production related processes, supervision of shifts supervisory staff .
Research and lead process improvement projects.
Duties:
* company and plant goals in all areas (financial, customer service, innovation, learning) maintaining strong working relationships with USDA.
* develop staff's effectiveness in daily operations as well as to prepare them for future opportunities within the organization.
* Conduct weekly supervisor meetings to provide feedback
* Develop and implement goals and objectives and
budgets.  Participate in special projects
* Investigate quality improvement methods
* Prepare and administer evaluations for employees.
* Participates in process improvement and problem
solving utilizing continuous improvement and rational
thinking methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean
Manufacturing, and participates in or supports the E & P
program.

Inventory Manager:  Southern Region/North America

Manager for South region/North America.  Plans, directs, controls, coordinates and evaluates all or most inventory planning and control activities (i.e. master scheduling, stocking, inventory planning/turnover, materials handling, and forecasting). Manages inventory replenishment based on production schedules, current inventory, customer orders and forecasts. Ensures accurate and current inventory records. Coordinates, consults and makes recommendations regarding inventory levels to improve service levels, while simultaneously reducing inventory to the lowest acceptable levels. Consults with division financial, purchasing, engineering and operations personnel regarding business level forecasts, inventory reserves, and other factors which may affect inventory. Handles special projects, as assigned

Production Supervisor - Nebraska
Due to growth there is a need for two new Production Supervisors - Plan, coordinate and supervise activities related to production.  HACCP and Sanitation knowledge (AIB, USDA etc) experience preferred.   Mixing, blending, extrusion process.
 Production Supervisor- Chicago
 Duties:  Scheduling, Inventory preparation.  Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders for employees, and assigns duties as necessary.  work with all departments to ensure customer deadlines are met.  Implements measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.   Manages a total of 25 to 50 production employees in the Plant. Interview, hire and train employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.  Spanish needed.  
Food Production Manager-Oregon, California, Kansas, and Nebraska
Supervise 20 + .  Must be willing to work 1st or 2nd or 3rd shift.  Looking for someone with good people skills and HACCP and AIB standards.  High speed manufacturing.   
 Production Supervisor - Oklahoma
Production Supervisor - Plan, coordinate and supervise activities related to the production of various ingredients, accordance with established quality standards and production schedules.  Schedule and set up production lines involving a variety of sorting, sizing, mixing, processing and packaging operations.  Control inventory, inspect work areas, check flow of work, analyze delays and scrap problems, train and motivate employees. 
Production Manager - Illinois

Production Supervisor - Industrial equipment.  Plan, coordinate and supervise activities related to production.  Schedule and set up production lines involving a variety of sorting, sizing, processing and packaging operations.  Control inventory, inspect work areas, check flow of work, analyze delays and scrap problems, train and motivate employees.
