JDL's recruiting is not just finding someone for a company. It is making the right fit for the company and candidate. I am proud to say that matches made by JDL 10 years ago are still together. There are many questions and qualifications to meet for both the company and the candidate.

JDL will recruit by flat fee per job, by the hour, or on a traditional percentage depending on the position and the client's needs.
