JDL has been in business since 1996 and has worked with many companies in many different industries. JDL has also been a member of the Women's Business Enterprise National Council. The goal of JDL is too help small businesses utilize HR systems and structure without having to hire a full time HR staff.

JDL will conduct research, write job descriptions, consult on disciplinary actions, conduct employee training, employee moral building and more.

JDL's recruiting is not just finding someone for a company. It is making the right fit for the company and candidate. I am proud to say that matches made by JDL 10 years ago are still together. There are many questions and qualifications to meet for both company and candidate.
